To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@vitalonewellness.com.au or call +61 421 495 421 to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions for returning the product, including the RA number.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return requirements, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to [7-10] business days for the refund to be processed.
